Incredible torta asada. Dressed up real nice. The salsita rojo is also about as good as it gets. Get the combo with fries and soda for a bargain.

Lovely establishment! Had a big burrito , three pastor tacos, two Arizona drinks and a tres leches dessert for 25$!! Love that. Fresh, super flavorful, fast service, small seating section but totally worth it! Will be back to try other dishes! Thank you Tacos Ay ay ay

Best Mexican food ive had in Colorado so far! Its authentic, the flavors are amazing and the fast service makes it even better. Highly recommended. Watch out for long lines!

This place might just have the best tacos in colorado!! The staff was excellent and the food was even better. There isn't much room to sit and eat but still the food was delicious and worth every penny

Visited Tacos Ayayay for the first time after three days on the road. Best queso tacos in Louisville! Loved the vibe—it gave the place a real sense of authenticity. Since is a little location they only have a few chairs. But people go in and out pretty quickly.

Went for the first time last week (August 2025) and I’m glad I did! I ordered three birria tacos during the lunch rush, and even though the line was long (lots of Centaurus High students from nearby), I still had my food in under 15 minutes. The tacos were fantastic — the meat, cheese, and consomé were all super flavorful and satisfying. Big bonus: they’ve got five or six different salsas available at no extra charge, which really takes the meal up a notch. Definitely worth checking out!

Delicious quesobirria, al pastor, and carnitas tacos. Gorditas were also tasty. Had the cantaloupe juice and horchata, which were very good too. Great staff. Fast service. Only a few counter-type seats.
